I believe that we must stop saying that the Government does nothing, when in reality we either do nothing and can only hope to act for us. There are many things to do, for example we can help to reduce crime in Mexico, organizing conferences to monitor our colonies, and denouncing the irregularities that we see, we cannot expect solutions to come if we do not start by changing the circumstances ourselves.
